Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SweezCloud websites, client portal, and services, including web hosting, WordPress hosting, cloud VPS, reseller hosting, domains, and business email. By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SweezCloud. If you use our services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

1. Who we are

SweezCloud provides online infrastructure and related services through https://sweezcloud.com and our client portal at https://client.sweezcloud.com. Account management, billing, invoices, support tickets, and service controls are handled in the client portal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of service

Depending on the product you order, SweezCloud may provide website hosting, managed WordPress hosting, virtual private servers, reseller accounts, domain registration or transfer, business email, SSL, and related support. Exact features, resource limits, and pricing are shown in the client portal at checkout and in your active service details.

You are responsible for your own internet connection, devices, software, and any third-party tools you choose to use with our services.

3. New accounts

Accounts are provisioned after payment is received and orders are screened for fraud or abuse. You must provide accurate contact information and keep a working email address on file that is not hosted only on the same domain you are ordering, so we can reach you about billing, abuse, or service issues.

Providing false information, failing to keep contact details current, or refusing reasonable identity verification may result in suspension or termination.

4. Transfers and migrations

Where offered, website or account migration assistance is provided on a best-effort basis. Hosting platforms differ, and some data formats or configurations may be difficult or impossible to migrate fully. We do not guarantee transfer completion time, completeness, or compatibility with every previous host.

5. Payments and renewals

SweezCloud services are prepaid unless otherwise stated. Product details, billing cycles, taxes, and payment methods available to you are shown in the client portal. Online payment methods may include gateway fees added at checkout.

Renewal notices are typically sent by email before the due date. It is your responsibility to renew on time and to keep payment details current. If an invoice remains unpaid, we may take progressive action such as:

  • reminder notices and continued service for a short grace period
  • suspension for non-payment
  • late fees where applicable
  • termination and deletion of the service after continued non-payment

Exact timing may vary by product. Review your invoice and service notices in the client portal.

6. Cancellations

To cancel a service, submit a cancellation request from the client portal using the registered account. Requests made only by phone are not accepted as formal cancellation. After cancellation is processed, the service may be suspended and later deleted. Reactivation may require purchasing a new package.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Resource usage and overages

Shared and reseller plans share server resources with other customers. Accounts that consistently exceed fair-use limits for CPU, memory, disk I/O, processes, connections, or bandwidth may be asked to optimize usage, upgrade, or move to a VPS or dedicated-style product. We may suspend abusive accounts to protect platform stability.

We will not automatically charge your card for resource overages without your action. Keep your contact email updated so you can receive usage warnings and respond before limits cause suspension.

8. Acceptable use and prohibited content

Services may be used only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for your content, applications, users, and security practices. You agree not to use SweezCloud services for activity that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.

Examples of prohibited material or activity include, without limitation:

  • malware, phishing, hacking tools, brute-force tools, or unauthorized access attempts
  • spam, mail bombing, unsolicited bulk email, or purchased mailing lists used without consent
  • pirated software, warez, or copyright infringement
  • fraudulent, scam, HYIP, Ponzi, or similarly deceptive schemes
  • hate, harassment, or content that exploits or endangers minors
  • proxy, anonymizer, IRC bots, torrent trackers, or similar resource-abusive services on shared hosting
  • using shared hosting primarily as remote file storage, backup dumping, or file-mirror hosting
  • any activity that threatens network security, uptime, or other customers

We may remove content, suspend services, or terminate accounts with or without notice when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated. Failure to respond to abuse notices within 48 hours may result in suspension or termination.

9. Zero-tolerance spam policy

Unsolicited commercial or bulk email is prohibited. Mailing lists must be permission-based with a clear unsubscribe method. Using SweezCloud services to advertise spam, collect spam replies, or operate known spam operations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

10. Scripts and applications

Scripts and applications must be maintained securely and must not consume excessive resources or interfere with server configuration. Insecure permissions, abandoned software, malicious code, and applications designed to attack systems are prohibited. Harmful or abusive scripts may be disabled and related accounts may be suspended or terminated.

11. Domains

Domain registration, transfer, and renewal are subject to registry rules and registrar processing. Once a domain registration or transfer has been initiated, domain fees are generally non-refundable. Keep WHOIS/contact details accurate. SweezCloud is not responsible for expired domains caused by outdated contact information or unpaid renewals.

12. Backups and data

Where backups are included with a plan, they are provided as a convenience and are not a substitute for your own backup routine. Backup frequency, retention, and restore options can vary by product. You remain responsible for keeping independent copies of important data.

13. Service availability

We work to keep services reliable and monitored, but no online service is free from interruption. Maintenance, upstream network issues, hardware failure, abuse mitigation, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. Unless a separate written SLA applies to your product, services are provided on an as-available basis.

14. Intellectual property

SweezCloud branding, website design, logos, and related materials are owned by SweezCloud or its licensors. You may use our materials only as needed to use the services. You retain ownership of your own content, and you grant us the rights needed to host, process, back up, and support that content as part of providing the services.

15. Resellers

If you resell services, you remain responsible to SweezCloud for your end clients’ compliance with these Terms. We recognize the paying account holder as the customer. Repeated abuse by end clients may result in suspension of reseller services.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweezCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service during the one month preceding the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SweezCloud harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your users, your misuse of the services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the services and cancel through the client portal. Sections that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, limitations of liability, and indemnity, will continue to apply.

19. Related policies

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Account management and support continue through the client portal.

20. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@sweezcloud.com or through a support ticket in the client portal.
