Refund Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when SweezCloud may issue refunds for hosting and related services. It works together with our Terms of Service.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, contact support first. In many cases we can help resolve the issue without cancellation.
1. How to request a refund
Refund and cancellation requests must be submitted from the registered account through the client portal or from the account holder’s registered email address. Phone-only requests are not accepted as formal cancellation or refund requests.
Please include your account details, the service involved, and a clear reason for the request so we can review it properly.
2. 7-day refund window for shared hosting
New customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing an eligible shared hosting or WordPress hosting service if they are not satisfied and the account has not violated our Terms of Service.
We are the sole arbiter of whether a refund request is valid and whether reasonable steps were taken to resolve the issue. If a service was suspended for abuse or Terms violations, no refund will be issued.
3. Refundable services
Subject to the conditions above, refunds may be available for:
- shared hosting plans
- WordPress hosting plans
- eligible reseller hosting plans during the stated refund window, unless otherwise noted at checkout
4. Non-refundable services
The following are generally non-refundable once ordered or activated:
- domain registration, renewal, or transfer once the process has started
- cloud VPS and dedicated-style server products
- third-party products such as paid SSL certificates, software licenses, or similar add-ons
- business email products once provisioned, unless otherwise stated at checkout
- account credit or wallet funds once deposited
- services canceled, suspended, or terminated for abuse or Terms violations
5. Rules for refunds
- Refund requests for eligible hosting must usually be made within 7 days of purchase.
- After the refund window, unused time may in some cases be converted to account credit at our discretion, minus days already used.
- Gateway fees, cash-out fees, or payment-processing charges may be deducted from any approved refund.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
- Refund processing may take 1–7 working days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
- Once a cancellation request has been fully processed, the original service may not be reactivated and a new order may be required.
6. Service failure
If SweezCloud fails to deliver a purchased service for reasons within our reasonable control, we may issue a prorated refund or equivalent credit after review.
